Website Hosting Agreement

Between Site Veritas (“we”) and the business purchasing our services (“you”).

1. The website

We build your website for a one-time $597 setup fee, billed through Stripe.

2. Hosting

$129/month, billed automatically through Stripe. It covers:

• Website hosting, security, and maintenance
• 2 rounds of updates a month
• Online appointment booking
• Contact-form submissions
• Email and SMS lead notifications
• Customer appointment confirmations and reminders once messaging is approved

3. Your domain

You must own your domain name (for example, yourname.com), registered in your name and paid for by you. You give us access to point it to your website.

4. What we need from you

Your logo, photos, services and business details. We send you a draft to review before it goes live, with 2 rounds of changes included.

5. Moving your website

If you want your website moved to another host or company, there’s a one-time $250 migration fee.

6. Cancelling

Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Email is fine. When hosting ends, you can pay the $250 migration fee to move your website; otherwise the website is deleted.

7. No guarantees

We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic or bookings from the website. We aren’t responsible for outages caused by hosting providers or your domain registrar.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia.
